进口操作流程(中转自贸区方案)：

1、 国外制作单证文件于货到港之前快递至我司，提前准备报关资料（政策法规解读、申报要素确认、监管条件确认、特殊单证确认）；

2、 安排海运/空运至上海；

3、 货到港后我司码头/机场换单；

4、 进境报检报关（申报要素核对、凭电子单证完成进境申报）

5、 安排车队港口/机场提货至我司保税区食品监管仓库；

6、 一般贸易报检（商检）出通关单（确认是否货证一致，我司提取仓库样品，完成中文标签制作/备案/印刷/张贴、商检样品检测等手续）；

7、 一般贸易报关出税单；

8、 缴税放行；

9、 结算清关费用；

10、 派送至客户指定仓库或者客户自提。
